Acceptable Use Policy

Overview
Xplarion Inc. ("Xplarion," "we," "us," or "our") has established this Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") to govern the use of our Services, including our website, platform, and applications. This Policy applies to all users of the Services regardless of subscription level and integrates with our broader Terms of Service.
Xplarion reserves the right to amend this Policy at any time without notice. Users must maintain compliance with the current version, which is always available at xplarion.com/legal/acceptable-use-policy.
Section 1: Acceptable Use
Users of the Services must adhere to the following requirements:
- Users bear responsibility for ensuring their Authorized Users comply with all applicable Terms and this Policy, and must treat any breach by an Authorized User as their own breach.
- Users alone are responsible for the accuracy, quality, integrity, legality, and the methods used to acquire or generate Client Content.
- Users must apply commercially reasonable efforts to prevent unauthorized access to the Services, maintain password and username confidentiality, and prevent unauthorized third-party account access.
- Users bear complete responsibility and liability for all account activity connected to the Services.
- Users must promptly notify Xplarion upon discovering any suspected security breach, including unauthorized disclosure or use of their username, password, or account.
- Users must access and use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including securities laws, data protection laws, and export control regulations.
- Users must comply with all applicable third-party service terms for any third-party services accessed through the Xplarion platform.
Section 2: Prohibited Uses
Users agree that they shall not authorize, permit, encourage, or engage in the following:
- Providing access to the Services to individuals who are not Authorized Users
- Using the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Storing, transmitting, or publishing content that is infringing, defamatory, threatening, fraudulent, abusive, obscene, or otherwise unlawful
- Sending spam, unsolicited commercial messages, chain letters, or pyramid scheme solicitations
- Uploading, transmitting, or distributing data containing viruses, malware, ransomware, spyware, or any other harmful or malicious code
- Conducting or facilitating denial-of-service attacks, network flooding, or botnet operations against Xplarion or any third party
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, hacking, disabling, or modifying any aspect of the Services, including attempting to discover source code or underlying algorithms
- Copying, modifying, or creating derivative works of the Services or any portion thereof without express written permission from Xplarion
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Services, or circumventing any security mechanism, authentication control, or access restriction
- Bypassing authentication systems, compromising platform security, or interrupting server operations or network services
- Restricting or degrading the access of other users to the Services
- Breaching another user's security or accessing their account, systems, or data without authorization
- Seizing, misusing, or impersonating administrator privileges or roles on the platform
- Distributing tools designed to compromise security, including packet sniffers, port scanners, exploit kits, or password cracking software
- Knowingly entering incorrect, inaccurate, fabricated, or fraudulent information into the platform
- Building competitive products or services based on the Services, or copying features, workflows, or the visual design of the Services
- Providing access to the Services to third parties through resale, sublicensing, or service bureau arrangements without prior written consent from Xplarion
- Duplicating or distributing documentation relating to the Services except for single personal-use copies with proper copyright notices retained
- Using the Services to violate the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any person or entity
- Accessing or using the Services to generate, process, or publish content that constitutes a misrepresentation under applicable securities laws or regulations
Section 3: Suspensions
Xplarion assumes no general obligation to monitor use of the Services for policy compliance. However, Xplarion reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this Policy. Policy breaches may result in immediate service suspension without prior notice, account termination, and potential civil or criminal liability. Xplarion may also report violations to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
