Last Updated: May 25, 2026
This Cookie Notice explains how and when Xplarion Inc. ("Xplarion," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website at xplarion.com and in the Xplarion platform application (collectively, the "Services"). Capitalized terms used but not defined here have the meanings set forth in our Privacy Policy, which also contains additional details about how we collect and use information.
We use tracking technologies ("Cookies") on our Website and in our Applications, including mobile application identifiers and a unique Xplarion user ID, to help us recognize you across different Services, monitor usage and web traffic routing, and customize and improve the Services. By visiting the Website or using the Services, you agree to the use of Cookies in your browser and HTML-based emails. Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website to track use of the site and improve your user experience.
You can manage your Cookie preferences at any time on our Cookie Preferences page.
Session Cookies
The Services use "session cookies," which improve your user experience by storing certain information from your current visit on your device, such as log-in information. Session cookies enable us to remember your log-in session so you can move easily within the Website and other Services. Without these session cookies, we would not be able to provide the Services to you. Session cookies have limited functionalities and expirations, and you will be required to re-enter your Xplarion log-in credentials after a certain period of time has elapsed to protect against unauthorized access to your account.
Analytics and Remarketing Cookies
We and our authorized third-party analytics and advertising partners may place cookies on your device. We use several third-party vendors to help deliver ads for relevant Xplarion products and services to you when you visit certain pages on our Website and then visit certain third-party sites. We may share with third-party ad partners a cryptographic hash of a common account identifier (such as an email address) to help measure and tailor ads and services provided to you. This Cookie Notice covers only our use of cookies and does not include use of cookies by any third parties.

Google Analytics cookies do not provide Xplarion with any personal information. |
| Google Display Advertising | Xplarion uses Google Analytics features that enable certain forms of display advertising. These features include Remarketing, Google Display Network Impression Reporting, DoubleClick Campaign Manager Integration, and Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting. These features are used to advertise online; to allow third-party vendors, including Google, to show you advertising across the Internet; to allow Xplarion and third-party vendors to use first-party and third-party cookies together to optimize and serve ads based on your past visits to the Website; and to report how ad impressions and interactions with ad services relate to visits to the Website. |
